I have been playing all day and have written at least 100 tickets. No matter how many warrants they have or drugs they have or however drunk they are they never run. I did a fresh install yesterday and ever since i re downloaded everything i have yet to be involved in a pursuit other then a callout. Is there an ini file that got changed or something that is keep anyone form running.
