Whenever I play the game with RAGE Plugin Hook, I always get an issue where the world isn't loading incorrectly. Any Idea of how to fix this issue?
This issue is being problematic as it's hard to see if there is an obstacle obstructing my pathway.

Try changing your Main.PreloadAllModels to false in your lspdfr.ini
