The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Found this video online, at 02:19 after he pulled someone over and he starts ordering the driver to pull more over to the side of the road; there is an audio of a man saying things like "Driver, can you keep driving". I posted a comment weeks ago asking is this a mod or editing but got no response.

I really want to know, because in LSPDFR; when I press control+R and the AI started to mimic me my guy will say nothing which is super not cool...
