So i've recently picked up playing LSPDFR again and decided to download some new ENB's/visual packs, I've installed ELS obviously Natural vision remasterd/VisualV...I've messed about with the visualsettings.dat and changed car.defaultlight.day.emissive.on /car.defaultlight.night.emissive.on  to 450 for night and 500 for day that didn't do anything so i changed it to 6000 still nothing kinda stuck in this loop, i've also changed my graphics settings Particles to very high shader to very high also post FX to ultra still nothing, If you need screenshots i'll provide them
