The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

If i am in the wrong section, i apoligaze.

 

Hey, when i pull over a vehicle, and its fleeing, i can follow it what i want, but it doesn't start me a pursuit so i cannot call any backup to it etc. Does someone know this problem, or am i doing something wrong here? Please help me

    You are actually doing something wrong, when the person drives off, chase after him, and hold B, if that doesnt work get closer and try it again, hold B until the bar on the bottom right fills up, then your map should flash blue and red, and you can call back up.
