I'm pretty new to modding and making textures. I seen to run into a halt. I liked how the Sheriff's Office had the Granger and I wanted to add it to the Police 

Department too. I re-skinned the texture and I renamed it "police4". Then placing it into OpenIV. I tried seeing if that would work, but it was to no avail. I looked up a tutorial on youtube and it showed changing the carvariations and such. How do I do that with vehicles that are already in game?? I was also planning on making a Sheriff's Office Maverick... Any help is appreciated, Thanks!
