Police Uniforms with a gap in the middle?

Featured Replies

Hi, I was wondering if anyone else knows the problem sometimes whenever i replace uniforms in gta iv and eflc some of the officers have a gap in the middle?

And alos could someone give me the names of all the police uniforms u can replace in eflc as i am wanting to replace more of them rather than just noose, my_cop and fat cop many thanks!

If you've replaced the m_y_cop uniform, I'd say the gap is to do with GTAIV referencing the bottom half from the rainjacket cop (it doesn't bother rendering the pelvis because the rainjacket covers it). There's some values in your pedvariations.dat file you'll need to change to override that but I'm not sure off-hand exactly how it's done.

m_y_cop_traffic and m_y_strooper are the other uniforms in regular rotation.

Yes, it does have to do with the raincoat, but you dont even have to go in your pedvariations, simply delete the raincoat texture and lowr_diff_001.dds and you should be fine. It took me a long time to figure it out. Good Luck!
