Simple Trainer Causing Game to Crash

Hi I have been playing LSPDFR 0.4 and the game runs fine. But after a short period of gameplay the entire game crashes. I thought it was down to either a plugin or a mod. So I've been trying to not use them. But it sees to be anytime I use simple trainer.... any time I either turn god mode on, repair a car or spawn a car about a minute later the game crashes. Anyone know how to fix this??
