The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

My game is pretty stable for the most part but every 2 hours or so my game will hard crash to the desktop and asks me to restart gta in safe mode or normal mode. Also get a couple LSPDFR crashes within those two hours. Is this normal?

    I’m still getting random hard crashes. Sometimes 10 minutes in and sometimes 2 hours in. Can anyone read the logs and see if there’s anything wrong?
