Launch Lspdfr

When i go to lanuch lspdfr it seems to load then a screen opens and says that the launch failed retry or run safe mode then the plugin doesnt start

Are you installing RPH after LSPDFR? LSPDFR comes with an outdated version of RPH so you need to install RPH after LSPDFR.
