Arrest Manager crashes. Any alternatives for towing and coroner?

So basically whenever I use the arrest manager, my game crashes after a certain period of time... Maybe 15m? Anyway, I only want to use the towing and coroner service for the smart radio plugin but in order for it to work I need arrest manager. Is there any alternatives for the towing and coroner service so I don't have to use arrest manager?
