As badass as that looks, I don't think a military vehicle is practical for urban environments.  The Bearcat is more than capable.

I need donations to help fund my food addiction. DM for details 😂

Is the Lenco Bearcat more "mission built" for the law enforcement environment?  Of course, but it comes with a steep price tag of upwards of $300,00 for a new one.  Police agencies have been trying to balance budgets and do more with less for a long time, so that cost is impractical for most agencies.  Law Enforcement agencies are able to get these MRAP's through the 1033 program at next to nothing.  The MRAP's have been proven to be more then capable of doing the same missions.  I'm sure this Florida agency also finds the height incredibly helpful for the flooding and the subsequent rescue efforts during tropical storms which frequent the area (something that it does better then the Lenco Bearcat).
