Stuck on loading screen, sometimes crashes

I've been looking through plenty of these topics and tried out different things, every time I launch RPH it gets stuck on the loading screen and eventually crashes, all of a sudden this problem showed up. Please help me.

Something is wrong with the stations.xml

eup is custom

They look fine, I don't see a reason for it to be throwing the error that it is. I do notice you have rhpd as the agency in the one in the data folder, did you adjust the vehicles in that agency to ones you have in game? There is really no point in having a stations file in the custom folder though, I would rename the eup station file to just stations, and paste it over the one in lspdfr>data, delete it from custom. LSPDFR is loading the station file in lspdfr>data from your log file, not in custom.
