The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

oh yeah sorry i saw now that i did.
i chancged this to true i tought that it was for police officers to assist you to a call if they are close?

i think i solved it XD i was reinstalling everything and started after i installed only LSPDFR. so i came in to  my game save wich i have like 2 procent completed, and i was like nah i want the full map so i went in to the 100 procent save that i downloaded, and then LSPDFR crashed. so i went back to mine again and it worked.  never had this problem before tho XD
