LSPDFR keeps crashing

Hey guys I am new to the whole LSPDFR mods and plugins stuff i successfully downloaded LSPDFR once and played for a bit but when i tried to download other plugins it would not work they would not load. i decided that maybe i messed up with the downloads or some files got messed up when i tried to fix them, so i deleted LSPDFR and all the plugins i got and re downloaded LSPDFR when i finished it i opened the game, the game worked fine and LSPDFR loaded but it was a border-less window in the middle of my screen and it was very small. I exited the game and messed with the settings in rage plugin hook and forced windowed mode but it did the same thing. So I forced full screen and it worked but  LSPDFR will not load anymore i ended up making it windowed and it takes up the whole screen now i keep getting a message saying " LSPD First Response was terminated because it causes the game to freeze (Freeze was caused by game fiber: Plugin "LSPD First Response" main fiber"
