1 callout per lcpdfr start up

Dear cops and sheriffs

I have been streaming all callout problems all day on here but I seem to be the only one who can't fix the Callouts for gta 4 LCPDFR.

Everytime I startup lcpdfr; everything works perfectly fine, I have set my callouts to 5 seconds and max time 20sec so I am sure the callout script is still working.

Problem:

But every time I accept my first callout, it just doesn't give me a new one.
I have been toggling in my main scripts with PreloadAllModels=True for no Disregards
I have added callout+, Villains and WoutersCallouts and such to get more callouts but they don't work because the generator of the callouts just doesn't work properly.. I have uninstalled it with the uninstall.exe and have done it with automatically install.exe
These things also don't work
(These are less important)
Also my Taser doesn't work..
Boatcallouts=False & keep popping up...
Also the trunk with Barretta doesn't work..

Mods:
I have 1 police pack and 4 car mods for traffic and traffic flow.. but I have this problem before these mods.

Gta 5

I also have lspdfr for GTA 5 but that thing doesn't work at all.. I keep having anti virus errors alltho all my virus scanners are off and my pc keeps ringing all the risk notification.. stuff doesn't work but lets put that aside..

Hopefully someone is still active in 2019 for LCPDFR.. the physics of this game are so amazing..
