Computer Plus Freezes and Unfreezes when i try to open it

i just got Most of LSPDFR install, just testing main plugins before i install callouts and more vehicles.

So when ever i try to open Completer plus, it just Freezes and Unfreezes, and doesn't open

 

Everything is up to date 

 

Also, i don.t know what the hell what my screen recorder did to the Resolution \

 

Anyways, any way fix this
