ELS removes all lights from the first cruiser and it can only honk. Removing the ELS folder in GTA5 fixes it. Installing a new vehicle does not fix it, as you cannot click the thumb stick to turn the lights on, you instead only honk. Please fix it or show me how to fix it.

    Example, no light bars, only honks. Tapping X (Using PS4 Controller) Turns headlights on and off, and holding Circle makes the siren make noise until let go.

    That makes the game crash.
