So I got on today, everything seemed to be working fine. I took a break came back and decided I wanted to use a another Police car. (Mind you i completely restarted the game, and usually just use Police 1) When I went to change cars none of them worked. When I change the model it freezes, no cars load up then boom. The Debug menu on the right (or the menu that says "Press enter when done" goes away and my character is stuck there. I found this rather odd. So I tried it again, with the same results. At this point i'm getting worried. So I load the game back up for a third time, use a Trainer and Spawn in all the police cars. Every single one works fine, ELS works on all of them, everything is in tip top shape. Turn on LCPDFR and boom, freeze's at the same spot every time. So at this point i'm getting mad and I start it up for a fourth time. I go through everything and pick the first car (just to get past that menu) then I try and spawn in my Police cars. Every single one gets a "Too long to load" error. So what I have been doing to play is spawning my car, putting on my skin through the trainer and then "Force Duty." But it results in crashes every here and there.

Can someone help me?

I turned everything down to the lowest possible settings and it still does this.

Here are my specs:

CPU: Intel® Core™2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.40GHz rated at 5.28GHz

RAM: 2.1 GB

OS: Win 7 SP1 64bit

Video Card: GeForce GT 220

If I'm correct, but did you say you imported a new car? That car may be causing the problems. Try replacing it and it'll more than likely resolve your problems :)

Didn't import, Just tried a new car tat I have used before but doesn't want to work now...

I know the Video card is bad, and I need more ram but I should still be able to use the cars...

My Video card isn't that bad though...

Pixel and Vertex version is 4.1 it has 1gb Ram and has T&L and 3D. It can run most games quite well its mainly the RAM that kills me. But it still doesn't make sense that one second it works perfect, next it won't load the models

yes I know (i'm going to grab a 8800 series) But again my problem is it worked and now it won't. Just posting my specs so people won't ask.

I have 6GB of RAM and I run it perfectly fine.

6gb of ram will run the game very well indeed - soo would 16GB and 32GB
