The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

    I'm pretty sure you have to connect it to steam to make it run, as LSPDFR has protections against pirated copies. Also dont Run GTAV.exe as Admin only RagePluginHook.exe

    i only run ragepluginhook.exe as admin. How to connect it to steam? just add it to my library?

    i've played lspdfr 0.4 a few months ago at this time it worked but not now..
