I've just decided to get back into LSPDFR and after getting everything installed and making sure everything was set, I would go on duty in-game and no callouts would come up whatsoever.

I decided to try to start a callout through console but it only gave me this error below.

I'm not sure what to do, and I'm getting sick and tired trying to figure out the problem, so I thought maybe someone here could figure it out.
