LSPDFR works but loading into game initial ambient scenarios are not

LSPDFR 0.4.1

Issue:

I launch lspdfr and have the normal lspdfr loading on the bottom right. When in few seconds in the clouds it seems or looks like my character is in an ambient area or action i.e. pulling someone or walking the beat. Keep in mind I see this the first few seconds into the game. Once the cloud covering zoom to character happens. My police character can be on or off duty but is spawned into Michael's black car in an alley way in vinewood hills almost every time at night time. Please someone help with this issue I have newest rage and everything works fine when I get to a station to go on duty but the beginning is killing me. Any help is appreciated, thanks.
