I am trying to reinstall gta iv and having some issues. Whenever i reinstall it. It will boot up a command prompt window before firing up. It works. But when i install lcpdfr it crashes and asks for my serial then it says securecom has stopped working....

Before i uninstalled it, it worked fine and command prompt didnt come up when i started gta iv

also, i am unable to login to social...
