I installed LSPDFR .4 with out any plug in mods at all. In the locker I am only stuck with the LSPD patrol uniform. Previously I followed FirstThirtyMinutes`s tutorial on installing EUP. I followed it precisely using EUP 8.1 and I had the same issue where I only had the LSPD uniforms but it messed up AI police officers. The were in gang clothes, stripper clothes, and other random items. I can only change my uniform through Native Trainer. Right now as of writting this I started over with no plug ins or any mods beside LSPDFR .4, RPH .65, Native Trainer, and car models. Can anyone please be of assistance to me? 

yea ditch Native Trainer and get Trainer V then install in this order

 

Install EUP Menu(optional)

Install LAW and ORDER

Install Serve and Rescue

Install LSPDFR EUP Configurations or Jurisdictions+

Works like a dream, EUP is working, having different department uniforms finally. Now my only problem now is my RPH console is not appearing. In the Trainer V setting I have it set to F3 only but works with both, F3 +F4...

Try setting the trainer to f4 and the console to f3

Still not working, noe in game I get a warning about DirectX not working with RPH, also Trainer V works still on F3+F4

I have the trainerv issue too, just have to tough tough it out, I haven't figured out why it works on both yet, follow this to hopefully fix the directx issue, and maybe some future ones

 

Start rage, press settings
In the general tab set the threshold to 50000 and tick disable text rendering
in the advanced setting make sure nothing is ticked
in the game setting>command line switches make sure the only things ticked are directx11 and forced windowed mode.

I have an issue where my EUP menu fails to come up. I have to reinstall EUP 8.1 oiv file in OpenIV for it to work. I have to do that everytime i start the game sometimes more than once. I followed the tutorial of several youtubers to try and fix the issue and nothing has helped. Please Help!
