so we know the texture bug/lagg is caused somting in vehicles is there any fixes?

some say its 4k vehicles but mine are not 4k

i did try to lower the vehicle pixel format and mipmap level

but noting changes the map in game loads really slow. if i look behind me you see the textures load in

 

without vehicles the texture bug is gone. but i still need vehicle mods.
