The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I don't really know what the problem is. I have tried multiple things but apparently the issue is caused because I am using a Virtual Machine. I cannot help this as I am running off a virtual gaming pc from a company called Shadow. If you need anything else then I will be glad to offer it if I can. The log where I found the error is attached below.

    Do you have 

    Rage Hook ( Latest Version )

    Script Hook ( Latest Version ) 

     

    Virtual Machines are not really made for Gaming also, So that could be an Issue
