I'm working on doing a Cops theme loading screen with the LSPDFR logo. Before I release it is there any format it has to be in or is MP4 ok? Also is it frowned upon using the Inner Circle song here? I don't want to release it, and have it taken down because of copyright. Thanks in advance guys!
