There are a number of immediate annoyances with 0.4 the X not working to force call outs is a real headache! What was the thinking there? The other issue has to be the Camera Take over upon eyes on Suspects. I have crashed numerous times. We do not need the camera being seized by the game at a 100mph chase its like driving at high speed IRL then someone in the rear seat grabbing your head and twisting it to the side for 4 seconds and making an explosion in your ear and the car controls also get wobbly! This was totally unnecessary (we can all see the red blip on the map) and has kinda ruined the game. It would have been better to have put in things like Coroner call, Tow truck Call, EMS Call (without trawling through menus), vehicle search, and so on in the Vanilla version (without mods). Sure the ped officers now drive better but the pursuits in cars and on foot have got way too long and they all kinda end the same way with either wrecking ones car to try and stop them, spikes (again needs a mod) or shooting out the tires which IRL is totally unsafe. I have had to shoot 3 drivers and kill them to just stop them in a built up area after the suspects ran over people. That said beyond all the rest Camera Take over upon eyes on Suspects is a serious control issue is there a mod or some way to disable this. What is sad is now people have to create mods and fixes to de modify all your hard work to make it almost like 0.3 again. All this for better police drivers I dont know if it was worth it. I think a mod called Make 0.4 Like 0.3 is not far away. Ultimate Backup is great and thank goodness Albo is still around! Maybe in the next update Police Radio and Ultimate Backup Spikes and Buddy system could find its way into the Vanilla LSPDFR?

You can remove the camera takeover by putting Chase.DisableCameraFocus = true into the lspdfr.ini file. Unfortunatly i can't offer much to help with your other things.
