After Rage starts hooking the game instance, it will fail and display a pop-up saying "Could not hook game process. Insufficient permissions or bad anti virus." I've restarted my computer as it then instructs to no avail. I have the Steam version of GTA 5, and have followed both this website's startup instructions as well as startup tutorials.

    Not sure if it's worth noting but I've never installed or even tried to install mods. I've liked this for a few years and just recently gotten a sufficient PC to play this, but obviously I'm not able for some reason. Help would be much appreciated.
