The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

go to your gta v directory where you installed lspdfr and RPH and click on RPH, it should take you threw the settings you then want to choose load these plugins on startup and select lspdfr and save and launch
