So I redownlowed rage hook since it was not working, same with lspdfr..but 99.9% of the time it pops up with this (see pic)
The other time I got it to work I could play gta v but when I tried going on duty it told me to enter by pressing “E”, I did...again and again and again. I tried a different station same thing. I tried f4 nothing popped up. I disabled my anit virus (webroot) to see if that was the problem and well it didn’t change a thing. I’m very desperate for a solution to this problem. If anyone know have to fix this I would appreciate it very much.

If you disabled anti-virus (you should just add an exclusion), the problem might be file access permissions.  You can try running Rage Plugin Hook as administrator and see if it gives the same error.

Running it as a admin did not work I will take a look on the file option.
