When I attempt to launch GTA V with LSPDFR 0.4 installed, the game crashes before fully loading. Specifically, RAGE says that it crashed after "Initializing texture system; phase 14". Attached is my RagePluginHook log, and here is my crash report in pastebin. My language is set to English and this is a brand new installation of GTA V with no mods ever loaded onto it, and I was able to confirm 100% integrity of game files via Steam. Hoping this info will be useful to someone to fix this or figure out what is going wrong.
