Quicker weapon draw when getting out of vehicle

Hey All, I found a mod in the past for this but can't seem to re-locate.

 

There was a mod that let you actually draw a weapon relatively quickly after getting out of the car, rather than, currently; keyboard bashing or using the weapon wheel 4 times to finally get a weapon drawn when getting out of a car.

 

Does anybody know of this mod or know some other similar solution? It's almost impossible for the game/character to react reasonably on a stop when someone pulls out a gun or something, the system is just too bloody slow.
