I recently installed the game and downloaded LSPDFR. Launcher works fine, but once in the game the mod shows it is loading on the bottom right corner of the screen. It never loads though.  Another thing, and may be related, I can't seem to get the game to be in windowed mode. I tried adjusting the setting in steam but it didn't seem to work.
