The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Ok when i installed LSPDFR 0.4 which is what i think you want help with it went to the screen saying loading "LSPDFR" and 30 sec later it said it freezed  the game and it crashed.Here is how i fixed it 

go to rage plugin settings and tick "Don't load any plugins on startup" save those settings and it should work. then when in game open the console with f4 or whatever you maybe changed it to and type in "reloadallplugin" wait about 30 secs depending on how good your pc is and what plugin you got installed and you are good to go. it takes me a ruff 25secs to load my stuff
