I have a question. With computer+, you can issue tickets. Will those tickets count towards your tickets given in your statistics? 

 

Also with computer+, you can give a notice to appear. With LSPDFR+ you can have court dates issued. Will the notice to appear pretty much let you go to court as well?

    I would say no.

    I use it too and handed out more than 50 tickets so far, but the counter on my character won't go up at all.

    Sorry, but I don't have a answer to your other question since I don't use LSPDFR+
