Red blips keep spawning and shooting at me

Hi all,

 

I first want to say i'm excited to be playing the 0.4, had a blast with the previous version!

But when I go on duty, red blips keep appearing around me (in a 1mile radius) and shooting at me (mostly they are in jeeps).

Even when I kill them, new ones keep popping up.

 

Anyone else has this issue or an idea what could cause this?

    SOLVED: ok, apparantly I am between missions in SP where Martin his guys are after Michael/Trevor. This caused this. Sorry for this!
