The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

    You generally can't just throw everything in at one time. I know it sounds silly because hey, they're reported as working (and I assure you they are), but the RPH/LSPDFR is finicky about a ton of stuff being loaded at once.
