Making a vehicle.meta & carvariations.ymt

Hello everyone I am still fairly new with coding and I have looked over other members work for els vehicles and I just re-skinned ELS All blue Sheriff Pack and got an okay from F4tikki to edit the texture he made for it. With the release of LSPDFR 0.4 I made the texture to have Los Santos instead of Blain County, the only problem I am stuck on now and I am unsure how to do is the ytd etc are called police - police3 I wanted to change the name to something like lssd - lssd4 so I could keep the LSPD with LSSD, BCSO, and SAHP. If anyone could guide me on how to make a vehicle.meta and carvariations.ymt for this vehicle pack and hopefully more down the road that would be amazing! Thank you all for everything here on LSPDFR.
