The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

story: hey guys Ive been playing gta 5 lspdfr for awhile now and I have never ran across this problem until a month ago, havent played because how frustrated I was about it but I reinstalled for 4.0 of lspdfr. it worked fine first launch, I then was like sweet the problem is gone, I added plugins and such then it did it. SO I reinstalled GTA 5 and restarted the process but only added scripthookV , RPH, and LSPDFR, no plugins nothing and its still doing it.

My issue: the game loads vanilla and refusses to launch via Ragehook or anything of the sort, ive tried running ragehook as admin, I turned off my ♥♥♥♥ing internet connection because maybe it was my works wifi, ive restarted downloads, ive redownloaded LSPDFR RPH and Scripthook V and nothing it still sends me into the game with nothing just vanilla it even sends me to the vanilla loading menu where it asks for GTA 5 online or story. ALSO I noticed to even has given me the default Xbox controls for the game when its never done that before, is this happening because my computer is connected to my XBOX live or is it just me?
