The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I have fresh install of LSPDFR/RAGE/ScriptHook. When I Launch RAGE WITHOUT LSPDFR loaded it spawns me in fine. But if i have LSPDFR loaded i get stuck just after the second transition of the load screen. 
In the Rage logs I am getting this->
