Can't launch LSPDFR

Hello, thank you for taking the time to look at this. 

As I try to launch 'RagePluginHook' the loading icon comes up and it launches the game but then the game crashes. I ran rage with the log but it doesn't have an entry for when the game crashed just when it finished hooking onto GTA v which is when it crashes. Which you can see below.
