The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

So I installed the LSPDFR+ and yada yada some other plugins such as arrest manager and such and the only plugin that loads in without a problem is Copholster apparently?
