When I get a callout I crash

Hi, I installed LCPDFR 0.31, interactions+, Albo cmmon, traffice policer and PoliceSearch. Whenever I get a call the game beeps like 3-4 times then the entire game just crashes.

 

I've attached my ragehook plugin log

 

As a workaround, I've turned myself as unavailable for duty

 

EDIT: Also crash when "reporting an illegally parked car" 

EDIT: Also crash when requesting local transport unit within LCPDFR menu.

 

Just decided to uninstall the entire GTA folder and re-install and wait for 0.4
