LSPDFR Crashing around Downtown P-D

So yeah, this issue recently started as I've returned after a few months break and I don't recall adding anything recently. I have only one installed car and installed the realistic radiance mod, and things were still working fine after that. 

 

Last night, however; I started getting an issue where my LSPDFR crashes when I get near the downtown PD. The game continues to run and non-LSPDFR dependent plugins work fine, but without hesitation LSPDFR crashes. Here is what I use:

Inside LSPDFR:

 

Arrest Manager

ComputerPlus

Everything is up to date except maybe Search Warrant (The DarkMyre API is up to date, but I havent checked for a search warrant update) and OnSceneBackup (which with StopThePed no longer exists).

SimpleNativeTrainer

 

All up to date.

As an update:

 

Sometimes it crashes when driving near the PD, othertimes it doesn't until I force a callout in which GTA crashes outright. I have no additional callout mods installed but here is the RPH log after crashing after forcing a callout.

I'm no expert in the slightest, but I would start in the plugins folder for LSPDFR in particular, as that's what appears to be causing crashes in the log, could be a dodgy callout etc. I can't see anything specific so it could be the 'take out plugins and put them in a few at a time' game to see if that fixes it.

Going to do a complete fresh install and just wait for 0.4. I'm sure 90% of the plugins will break when that happens anyway so it'll be too much effort for minimal reward.

Probably a wise idea, that'll give you a good ground level to start fresh.
