The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I don't know if this is the right forum but im having trouble installing this mod: to Install I need to go to ( Grand Theft Auto V\mods\x64e.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_a_c.rpf\ ) but i dont have x64e.rpf in my mods folder only in my main directory. Should i just install it into the main Directory?

    Never install mods in the vanilla update folder.  If the section isn't in your mods folder, go into x64e in your vanilla update folder, and click "edit mode".  You will see a red notification box advising you make this path in the mods folder, do it.  This is also how you do it for the other archives.
