The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Also for reference, If i check do not load plugins at startup, the game does not crash, however, the F4 console button does not work, does nothing at all.

I'm in middle of uploading a video to youtube for those of you that want to see.

 

Just for reference, the only two mods installed are LSPDFR and RPH. No vehicle mods, no ped mods, nothing else.

This was resolved with the RPH Discord support. It was because my commandline file had too many things enabled. Had to erase them all and add -windowed.
