The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hello, I recently started playing lspdfr and I wanted to install some callouts. I've already installed a few plugins and they worked fine. Now when I installed PeterU's callouts it said in-game that the installation wasn't succesful. Therefore I re-installed it and read the instructions of the Read.me file very thoroughly and did excactly what it said. Now when I try to start LSPDFR I just get into normal GTA V. I have tried to hold shift in the beginning of the start and I have selcted it to load all plugins on startup but it still doesn't work. Please help me i would greately appreciate it.  If someone wonders this is what my directory of GTA V looks like:
