[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hello, I do not know where to put the carcols.meta file that came with some LEO vehicles

Could someone help me out here? Without it, the lights will not turn on, only the siren.

and I am using ModdingDLCPackV for the vehicles if that matters

Albo didn't put in a .meta for carcols. I have not downloaded a car that needed one. You can find the file at update>x64>dlcpacks>mpxam_604490>dlc.rpf>common>data

its in all of the "mp" folders, so I don't know which one you need to post it into.

Weird mpxam_604490 doesn't exist for me.
