I tried to add some vehicles with Open IV and followed the steps but now game crashes when trying to launch.   I get the following from the log:

You messed up somewhere probably. Did you make a mods folder before doing so? If so go to GrandTheftAutoV directory and move that mods folder out of there for now and start rage to see if it stops the crash
